Installation

The scripts hereby reported do not need any installation once the dependencies are installed.

All the R and python libraries can be installed running the “install_deps.sh” script

Software Versions

• R: The version 3.4.1 “Single Candle” was used for the development but all 3* should be allright.
• Python: the version 3.5.2 was used for the development.

• WGCNA: is necessary for running coexpression analyses
